We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Screenshot history is retained according to your plan: 7 days on the Free plan and 30 days on the Freelancer plan. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Residual copies may persist briefly in backups before being overwritten.

SnapCrest is operated from India, and your information is processed there and by the service providers listed above. If you access SnapCrest from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region, your information will be transferred to and processed in India and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent.
